PROCEDURES ON E-APPLICATION Period (1 to 5 July 2011)

Showflat Opening hours for E-Application : 9.30 am to 6pm (Closing time subject to developer’s discretion)

§  Showflat is open for public to view and submit E-application

§  E-application can only be done at showflat during this period

§  Eligibility checks will be done at E-application counters

§  Applicants to bring along all original relevant documents

-       Proof of Identity

-       Proof of Relationship

-       Proof of Income

-       Any other relevant documents

Successful Applicants will be provided with the followings:

1) Letter of Acknowledgement for the E-application

2) A Ballot Ticket (To proceed to Ballot Ticket Collection Counter to collect from the Officer in-charge )

3) The Ballot Ticket (2 portions) will be clipped onto the Letter of Acknowledgement

Balloting Ticket and Letter of Acknowledgement MUST be brought along on Booking Day to be eligible for Balloting

PROCEDURES ON BALLOTING / BOOKING DAY (7 July 2011, Thursday)

Booking for Grassroots Organisation : To take place before the balloting (Time to be confirmed)

Booking For Successful E-applicants:

Balloting commences on 10am SHARP

BEFORE Balloting(8am to 10am)

> To drop one portion of Ballot Ticket into Balloting Box

> Price list will be displayed at showflat. (Developer yet to confirm if they will be distributing price list)

Balloting Procedures:

1)           Once your buyer Ballot Number is called, please bring along the Letter of Acknowledgement and Ballot Ticket to the Ballot Table for verification by Officer-in-charge

2) After verification, applicants will be directed into the booking queue to book their unit.

3) Upon arrival of booking counter, applicants are to submit the following:

§ Letter of Acknowledgement and Ballot Ticket

§ 5 % booking cheque (Cannot be post dated),

§ Purchaser Particulars (PP) Form ((Filled and signed accordingly by buyers. Developer will fill in unit number and price upon booking the unit)

§ Letter Of Authorisation (Filled and signed accordingly)

§ Purchaser Declaration Form (Filled and signed accordingly)

§ Relevant essential documents

** To ensure the above forms are fill in properly prior to booking**

4)      If applicants are unable to decide on their unit for booking, they will be directed to Holding Area until they are ready to book their unit.

5)      Option To Purchase will be issued after successful selection of unit. While waiting for the issuance of Option To Purchase, HDB forms will be given for Applicants to fill up and submit.

Important Note :

1)               Ballot Tickets will be deemed void if applicants are not present when their Ballot Number is called.

2) Members of Public without a valid Ballot Ticket & Letter of Acknowledgement will only be admitted into sales gallery after balloting exercise is completed.

3)               Second-time buyers are subjected to availability in accordance with the EC Quota

4)               The Developer reserves the right to move on to the next applicant in the queue if the earlier applicant fails to book a unit

5)               The Developer has the final discretion on matters pertaining to booking of units

6)               The Developer reserves the right to reject to booking if:

§   The application / any other forms is incomplete; or

§   Applicants fail to produce relevant documentations; or

§   Applicants are found to have made false declarations; or

§   Documentation shows that the applicants are not eligible for the purchase; or

§   Second-timer quota has been met (Second Time Buyers are subjected to availability in accordance to the EC quota)
